To make balanced nutrition a no-brainer. To make 100% daily nutrition 100% easy. To cut through the BS and misleading marketing that plagues the baby food industry. To create a new standard. To stand for science-based nutrition, premium quality, transparency, and authenticity. To solve for every pain point we felt when feeding our babies.
100% Balanced, “Square Meals.”
With half the sugar and twice the protein, fiber, and healthy fats as many pouches, our Square Meal System delivers 100% daily nutrition to your little one. We design our recipes down to the gram to deliver on this promise.
To make it super simple: any 2 of our Square Meals/Day = 100% of your 6-8 month old’s recommended servings of veggies, fruit, whole grains, and protein. And any 3 Square Meals per day = 100% Daily Nutrition for an 8-12 month old.
We are proud to offer a variety of protein sources like Chicken Bone Broth, Salmon, Egg, Sprouted Green Lentils, Beans, Whole Milk Greek Yogurt, and Okara (soy).
Our Square Meal System is customizable for various nutrient needs and preferences. Our website allows you to sort meals for Our A, B, C meals have different protein sources:
- Our “A” meals have whole milk greek yogurt (vegetarian)
- Our “B” meals have sprouted green lentils or legumes (vegan)
- Our “C” meals have chicken bone broth, eggs, or salmon (animal protein, dairy-free)
We also stand by scientific research and include foods for early allergen introduction in many of our meals including dairy, egg, peanut, soy, fish, and more coming soon!
And to add a little balance back into parents’ lives, our meals are organic, made fresh in small batches, and delivered right to your doorstep.
Washington Post writer, Laura Reiley, lifted the veil on the baby food market — shining a light on sugar, sodium, and unhealthy fat levels that are shaping our next generation’s health and food preferences.
This is exactly why we felt so compelled to create a better solution and introduce Square Baby. Because our next generation deserve better.
Fruit is healthy. Absolutely! But too much fruit = less balance. And feeding baby too many overly-sweet food, pouches, and meals may guide their palate to crave sweet foods and deny savory veggies and proteins.
Applesauce is fine. Applesauce in everything is not.
