Can I customize my box?
Absolutely! Click "Get Started". From there, we'll help design a meal plan based on your dietary needs. You can choose the number of meals as well as each and every meal that goes into your shipment.
How do I store, thaw, and serve the meals?
Thaw sealed meals in the fridge overnight or under running cold water. Give a quick stir and they’re ready to go! Many meals are best when warmed. Please do NOT microwave the plastic containers! Instead, scoop the meals into a microwave-safe container (ie glass).
How long do the meals last?
Sealed, unopened containers can stay refrigerated for 4 weeks. Once the seal is opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Once a licked spoon has been introduced to the meal, keep refrigerated and consume within 12 hours.
Are the meals organic?
Yes, 100% of our ingredients are certified organic.
Do you add preservatives?
Nope! No preservatives, additives, salt, or sugar. Ever. Just organic whole foods blended to perfection.
